- How to talk with a lender, inspector and Realtor
- Appraisals and inspections
- Conventional, FHA, VA and other loan down payment financing
- Credit ratings and credit scoring
- Your questions regarding real estate
Why you should come to the class
Even if you just bought a home in the last few years, recent changes in real estate regulations have altered the home buying process. Whether you are a first time home buyer or looking to buy another home, this class has useful information you need to know.
This class is primarily focused on Home Buyer education but all are welcome. Open to the public and new agents from any company that would like to attend.
